Zentangled card

Last night I brought together two happy hobbies – card-making and zentangling 🙂

I have a Woodware ‘Happy Birthday’ stamp which seemed to me to be perfect for filling in with zentangle patterns, and I have a male birthday coming up so thought black and white would work for a man.  I used some basic black Dovecraft papers and wound the black side strips through my paper crimper. When I showed the card to my husband he said he thought it was bit funereal (!) so I added some bunting and a rosette, both black and white of course!

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges –

Crafty Ribbons – Monochrome

Daring Cardmakers – Rosettes

Gem of a challenge – Black

Whimsy Stamps – Masculine

Hope you like it.

Bye for now
